Photo Restoration

We can accept photos via in most formats (JPEG, ICloud, etc). If we can't open, we will let you know.
To prevent confusion, please Email us the photos first along with your name and phone number before purchasing. In the Email, please explain what you would like us to do. For example, turn a black and white photo into color. Remove current backdrop and replace with an ocean theme. Remove person 2nd from the left 1st row, etc. The more detail you provide the better we can serve you. Also, provide us a with a telephone contact so we can clarify if questions arise.
Please make sure that you own the rights to any photo submitted. Sometimes we are unable to remove watermarks (but we will try).
Please allow 72 hours from time of submission to completion. If not satisfied with the first draft, we can make up to 5 corrections. Additional corrections will cost an additional $1.00 per correction.
Once completed we will send you the project as an attachment to the Email from which the pictures came, unless you direct us otherwise. B and B Productions is not responsible for material lost because of the wrong submitted Email. We can also send the pictures on a flash drive. Make sure to provide us your mailing address.
Payment is not required until job is complete but needs to be processed the day of completion.
Printing the photographs is the responsibility of the customer.
